Job Responsibility:
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the core business, including operations and system technicalities
- Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Strategic planning to improve client results doing data reporting
- Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in generating reports and participating in monitoring parcel aging reports.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements, share insights, and contribute to projects.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyzing client and internal data to provide accurate feedback for better client relationship management
- Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making for key accounts within the organization
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred for this position.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage but not a must)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing analytics role.
