Resposibilities
- Plan and monitoring daily warehouse operations, e.g.: in-bounding/out-bounding.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Coordinated the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Liaise with another department such as Customer service, Project management and Fleet.
- Operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation.
- Completed and maintained paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials.
- Kept the warehouse area safe, clean, and organized through regular inspection.
- Analyse and maintain all KPIs given by Ninja Van & Shipper.
- Operations responsibility includes managing the incoming volume/queues to meet KPIs and taking appropriate actions (breach adherence, arranging for overtime, etc.)
- Communicate performance related indicators to the team and management through relevant and timely reports.
- Manage and review operations reports.
- Work with various teams (e.g. CSM, Sales, Core Ops) to implement solutions.
- Able to manage documentation regarding RDO, GRN etc. Handle the filing of (RDO/GRN) invoices and documentation accurately and in an organized manner.
- Monitoring on new product such as NECOM product, Bulky product and etc
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office application and Email.
- Ability to work extra hours if necessary (OT provided).
- Ability to work extra hours.
- Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel of various department.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Section 22, Shah Alam.
