Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented Content and Communications Strategist to join the Strategy team. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective content and communication strategies that help our client data gathering goals. You will collaborate with various teams, to generate or adapt plans for the digital client ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute content and communication strategies for different brands on client protfolio, aligning with their data gathering & enrichment objectives.
- Drive analysis of industry trends, competitive activity, and target audience data to feed our content and communication strategies on the digital ecosystem.
- Create, manage and adapt editorial strategies that include a range of content types, such as blog posts, social media content, email marketing, and video content.
- Develop inspirational briefs for stakeholders (internal and cross agencies) facilitating discussions to ensure alignment with strategy and goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of proposals along the digital platforms ecocystem, using data to optimize performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in content and communication strategy, and make recommendations for new opportunities that could benefit our clients
- Constantly bring the consumer perspective into the internal processes
- Design collaborative working sessions that can deliver innovative thinking
What you’ll need:
- Excellent English oral and writing skills (mandatory)
- Academic background: Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Social Sciences (Sociology, Psychology or anthropology) graduate.
- 4+ years on Advertising, Content Strategy, CRM Strategy, Comms Planning, Media Planning or Brand Management experience. If you have senior experience in account management or creative direction in advertising you’re also welcome.

- A lot of curiosity and a clear purpose to remain up-to-date are valued.
- Be resourceful and always keep the client’s needs at heart
- Mastering analytical thinking skills and having a good capacity of empathy
- Understanding of marketing tools and user research methodology
- Ability to conceptualize and to write with an engaging storytelling
- Understanding and management of design thinking, agile development and lean start up techniques and tools (preferred)
