Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for Budget, Activity and Planning, who is organised, detail orientated and will be able to handle several tasks at once. This is a Full-time role in WPP/VML within a team of one of our largest Accounts in the IT industry.
The team is part of a Corporate program to execute and land global, regional and local communications in a compliant, standardised and effective manner for the Turkey market. All this, leveraging global communication programs and sophisticated Modern Marketing engines.
The team is comprised of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts on all marketing services/execution/operations and acts as the right hand of the field marketers; They are consultants, trusted advisors, and experts on the services they land. Functions range across communications to different audiences (B2B, B2C) and disciplines (event, digital, social, analytics, budget and planning).
What you'll be doing:
- Support and Partner with BSO/CMO and C&C to ensure PO compliance by documenting area-specific business rules and acting as a trusted advisor to marketers.
- Respond to PO management queries accurately.
- Support Field Marketers to request PO services via MaSH intake.
- Train stakeholders on MSC service offerings, spend management & compliance processes.
- Provide consultation and recommendations for the stakeholders.
- Act as a local Champ for topics like global/local contracting, Purchase Order requirements and processes.
- Reduce complexity by guiding the marketers though the available tool landscape and its use cases, e.g., Aravo, SSPA, contract web and more.
- Understanding of Proof of Execution (PoE) its policy and requirements
- Close cooperation with the execution team
- Serve as a bridge between execution team and stakeholders.
What you'll need:
- General understanding of account, finance and reporting are an advantage
- Proven skills in written and verbal communications; project management; business, systems, and process analysis; conflict resolution; and cross-group collaboration
- Fluent in English
- Being able to adapt and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Relationship management skills collaboration and conflict resolution skills
- Solid understanding of direct marketing project process flow and execution is an advantage
- University degree
- 5-10 years of marketing budget planning (account and finance)
- B2B experience preferably in a multinational company
