About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Brand Ads Media Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our global brand advertising operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing media assets for advertising campaigns and assisting the sales team with support material. You’ll be responsible for the onboarding and organization of advertiser photos on the Houzz platform to help build a complete and compelling profile for the client. Utilizing your exceptional powerpoint skills, you’ll create client-facing presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance. This position requires a background in informative digital asset creation, with a focus on turning diverse data sources into stunning visual aids. A background in marketing or advertising is preferable, as you will be closely involved in communicating campaign strategies and outcomes to our advertisers.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce client-facing launch, check-in, and wrap-up decks with clear visuals that organize and present campaign data in a straightforward, accessible manner
- Manage and onboard media assets on the advertiser's profile, assembling native ad creatives and documenting with screenshots or videos
- Ensure client profiles are up-to-date with all necessary media assets and information
- Assist sales people with strategic planning and client communications
- Create informative customer facing reports that deliver data driven analysis and valuable insights regarding ad performance
- Communicate with clients regarding invoicing and monthly reporting, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up and answer any related queries
- Work standard US business hours in the Pacific time zone
At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
- Design skills necessary to create visually appealing and informative client facing presentations
- Background in digital marketing or asset creation
- Ability to work with people virtually and embody a team player attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple communication platforms
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Previous role at a digital ad agency or publisher
