What you’ll do
- Manage and represent the brand across social media channels (FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, SnapChat, etc). You will be the voice, eyes, and ears of the brand
- Drive brand conversation through: a) seeking topical opportunities, b) identifying and engaging brand advocates, responding to community enquiries
- Manage brands content calendar ensuring content is posted in a timely manner and to monitor conversation and performance around those posts
- Identifies and reports on community trends to internal teams and advises on potential opportunities or risks
- Monitor topics, threads and discussions of company, product and brand on news, internet and social media
- Networks with community members and identifies community champions
- Monitors and measures the success of community engagement (i.e. number of power users, number of discussions, etc.), and provides reports for internal teams and clients
- Report any feedbacks from audience to internal team to help them develop strategy
- Existing as the face of the brand both online and offline, creating a sense of presence at all communal occasions (live report, etc)
Who you are
- Bachelor degree with minimum 1 year experience, preferred in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Literature, Journalism, or related field.
- With professional experience of social media marketing; understand social media operation mechanism, user behavior and social media marketing skills.
- Local Indonesian with good Bahasa Indonesia, fluent in English;
- Detail-oriented, open-minded, flexible, creative and sensitive to local marketing.
- Excellent team work, and networking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
