We’re looking for strong individual contributors who can grow with us and become the next generation of Koddi’s leaders as we reach new scale
As a Product Manager at Koddi, you’ll own the product strategy and vision for one or more parts of the business. You’ll work closely with our engineering, data science, design and operations teams to define and execute an ambitious roadmap that makes life better for our customers.
What you will do
- Become an expert on the needs of Koddi’s customers and our competitive landscapeLead the creation of an ambitious roadmap for your area that blends input from cross-functional partners, your deep knowledge of Koddi’s customers, and your unique insights
- Write crisp product docs that clearly articulate the most important customer problems to be solved
- Get the data you need to make informed decisions either via personally writing queries, or getting buy-in from others who can help
- Drive Koddi’s products forward by prioritizing aggressively, advocating for your team, and identifying & resolving obstacles
- Raise the bar for product quality at Koddi through a keen eye for detail and an obsession with getting things right
What skills and experience you bring
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, software engineer, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, execution, and results
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and build trust with engineering
- Proven ability to write & speak clearly and concisely for both internal and external audiences
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS- Experience working on any of the following:First party ads business, e.g., a Sponsored Listings program, Google/Meta/Amazon
- The broader display ads ecosystem, e.g., a DSP, SSP, CDP, or similar
- Complex customer-facing software, e.g., a CRM, a merchant portal, an ads front-end
- Experience presenting and crafting comms for senior executives
