We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead and enhance the ZoomInfo Search Experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing a complex E2E search area, managing development processes, and continuously improving search user experiences to drive business growth and conversion. Drive the next generation of AI search solutions within a SaaS environment, ensuring both user satisfaction and business growth.

The successful candidate will execute the overall product strategy autonomously, lead planning and prioritization, and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Design, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Sales is essential to bringing the product vision to life and ensuring its success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Ability to define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI search solutions. Experience with market analysis, competitive analysis, and identifying emerging trends in AI search technologies
  • Search Information Storage and Retrieval: Optimize strategies for effective search information storage and retrieval. Ensure that data management practices support efficient LLM-based search and retrieval processes, enhancing the overall effectiveness of AI search solutions
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to partner on new feature development and overall roadmap planning. Utilize customer feedback and insights to ensure the product meets user needs and expectations
  • User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user needs and behavior, with a focus on creating intuitive and seamless search experiences. Experience with user research, usability testing, and user feedback integration
  • UI/UX Design Collaboration: Ability to work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that AI search functionalities are effectively integrated into the user interface and meet design standards. Conceptualize designs tailored to key sales personas (e.g., front-line sellers, rev ops) to enhance user experiences and drive product value
  • Analytics and ROI: Proficiency in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI search products, including user engagement, return on search, search accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics. Apply data insights to shape product strategies, including market positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Innovation: A proactive approach to exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve AI search functionality and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Effective Communication: Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to executives and stakeholders. Present and demo product features externally to customer C-suite, analysts, and partners. Publish high-quality, customer-facing roadmaps
  • Agile Implementation: Drive the strategic implementation of Agile principles within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to enhance product development processes

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Over 5+ years in product management with a demonstrated track record in search for B2B or relevant B2C or B2B2C SaaS
  • User Experience Expertise: Deep understanding of creating and optimizing frictionless user experiences
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Proven ability to deliver exceptional experiences for both internal and external customers, treating their challenges and successes as your own
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes using data insights, with proficiency in tools such as Amplitude. Experienced in A/B testing, analytics, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with industry-specific search needs and challenges, such as those in data saas: sales intelligence, e-commerce, enterprise software, or other sectors relevant to the company’s focus
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present complex AI concepts and product features in a clear and persuasive manner
  • Engineering Collaboration: Enjoys working closely with engineering teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • AI and Machine Learning Knowledge: In-depth understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and search algorithms. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques is essential. Advantageous: Familiarity with relevant frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Elasticsearch
  • Data Management: Expertise in managing large datasets, data quality, and data privacy issues. Familiarity with big data technologies and techniques for optimizing search performance and relevance
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to engage with technical teams on complex AI-related issues, understand technical trade-offs, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Passionate about continuous improvement and challenging the status quo to define new possibilities
  • Action-Oriented: Strong bias for action with a proven ability to get things done efficiently
  • Team Player: Committed to working as one team, supporting colleagues, and celebrating both wins and losses together
  • Communication Proficiency: Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and works well within a team setting

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.$164,000—$225,500 USD
