Cuyana is seeking a Brand Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented. In this role, you will support our brand marketing initiatives, including event activations, community management, press/media relations, and more. You will provide essential project management support to the brand marketing team across various projects.
This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing.
Only candidates in the Greater Los Angeles & San Francisco will be considered. While Cuyana is still operating as a remote office environment, this role will require some cadence of in-person time with key marketing team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Strategy Implementation: Assist in the execution of brand strategies to ensure a consistent and effective brand message. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement brand initiatives across various channels.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns, including product launches, collaborations, and promotions. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign rollout
- Event Activation and Execution: Assist in planning and executing brand events, such as retail events, pop-ups, and customer engagement events
- Social Media Execution: Execute social media posts (mostly Instagram), which includes posting, and community engagement
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events or creative project management, preferably in an agency environment or retail brand.
- A natural elevated taste with a strong understanding of cultural, consumer, and category trends within the fashion space.
- Must be driven, hard-working, and willing to roll up their sleeves at a fast-moving company.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work autonomously.
- Deadline driven, can work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs.
- Strong attention to detail.

Compensation range for this role is $66,560-80,000, exempt, commensurate with experience.
