Here’s what you’ll be working on:

As a member of the team, you'll drive the development and delivery of learning programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of sales teams.

  • Build deep relationships with APAC regional sales leaders in order to identify knowledge gaps and build effective regional learning programs
  • Ability to train roles across the sales cycle: new business through account growth & management
  • Familiarity with a consumption model sales cycle
  • Design, facilitate, and measure effectiveness of sales learning programs (self-paced and instructor-led), related to internal tools & processes, ecosystem knowledge, product knowledge, and sales capabilities
  • Develop strong relationships with subject matter experts across the organization
  • Facilitate virtually across different cultures and timezones
  • Create a network of high quality training vendors who can support localized APAC sales capability training needs
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Understand the digital advertising/ performance marketing landscape
  • Draw on past sales or account management experience to inform training program design and delivery

Minimum Qualifications: (Absolute must haves - years of experience)

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales learning & development, or sales program management
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering accessible, engaging virtual learning environments
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders across teams
  • Experience working with APAC markets
  • Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for audiences with varying levels of expertise
  • Expertise in facilitating sales-focused training sessions
  • Proficient in developing comprehensive learning materials using adult learning principles
  • Strong background in teaching and training adult learners
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and executive functioning skills

Preferred: (Nice to have)

  • Experience in digital advertising or ad tech industries
  • Proven ability to solicit, integrate, and apply feedback to enhance program effectiveness over time
  • Experience managing end-to-end learning initiatives, including coordination, scheduling, and execution
  • Strong skills in prioritizing and balancing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
