Job Overview:
We are seeking fresh, motivated, and positive Sales Executives who are eager to join our growing team in Waynesboro, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their sales career in the fast-evolving AI industry. The role offers a competitive basic salary with the potential to earn up to 10% commission on sales. Relocation to Waynesboro, PA is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Real Estate, Restaurant, Dental, and Doctor Clinic sectors.
• Present and demonstrate JICS Ai’s AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by driving new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and develop persuasive sales pitches.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other networking events to represent JICS Ai.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of sales experience.
• A positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding or interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in business.
• Willingness to relocate to Waynesboro, PA.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
