Part time - Customer Support / Customer Success - US only

We're looking for someone who's extremely responsible, someone who knows a thing or two about python programming and loves to interact with customers via email and phone and provide customers best-in-class support they deserve.

This is a part time job, I expect it to not take more than 2-3 hours a day in total. I'm only looking for someone who's US based and can empathize with customers and won't hesitate to pick up the phone and speak with them.

This role also requires ocassional python script running and follow troubleshooting guides and data analysis of large CSV files.
