Job Overview:
As a Program Manager Intern, you will assist in managing and overseeing various projects and programs across departments. This role involves coordinating between teams, ensuring milestones are met, tracking project progress, and assisting with resource allocation. You'll gain hands-on experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:
2. Assist in planning, tracking, and managing various projects from conception to execution.
3. Help define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with senior team members.

4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

5. Raw Data Collection:

6. Manually collect and dump raw data into designated sheets to track all the data related to projects.

7. Maintain well-organized raw data sheets, ensuring that the information can easily be transferred into automated systems when implemented.

8. API Monitoring:

9. Ensure that all data collection APIs are connected to data sources are running smoothly and delivering accurate data.

10. Report API failures or data discrepancies.

11. Regularly check logs and API performance to anticipate any potential issues.

12. Dashboard Maintenance:

13. Ensure all dashboards are functioning properly with updated data.

14. Identify potential issues that could disrupt the display or functionality of dashboards and proactively fix them.

15. Data Monitoring & Validation:

16. Regularly monitor all data entries in sheets to ensure they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

17. Identify any inconsistencies or discrepancies in the data and promptly report them.

18. Ensure that data follows the required formats and standards for dashboard integration.

19. Collaboration & Data Updates:

20. Make sure that data updated by team members is correct and in accurate format.

21. Report if data fields are not populated correctly and consistently.

22. Reporting & Support:

23. Provide regular updates on the status of APIs, data entries, and any dashboard issues.

24. Assist in the transition of manual data handling to automated processes when new systems are developed.

Qualifications:

1. Strong interest in program and project management.
2. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
6. Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
