● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT roles,
from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
● Different Channels to Work Upon:
○ Market Hunting: Actively seek out and engage with potential candidates in the
IT market to build a strong talent pipeline.
○ Hiring Contractual Resources: Source, evaluate, and onboard contract-based
technical resources based on project needs and timelines.
○ Recruitment Through Consultants: Collaborate with recruitment consultants
and external agencies to source highly specialized candidates for both permanent
and contract roles.
○ Consultant & Contract Candidate Management: Maintain and manage a list of
consultants and contract candidates to ensure quick and efficient recruitment
based on project demands.
● Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, engage, and build a pipeline of top-tier technical
candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and
networking events.
● Technical Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills,
experience, and cultural fit, with a focus on IT roles.
● Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and technical
leads to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
● Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract the
best talent in the industry.
● Data-Driven Recruitment: Use data and metrics to measure recruitment performance,
optimize sourcing strategies, and improve the candidate experience.
● Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor
strategies, especially in the IT space.
