About the job
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute the creative scope from ideation to implementation with the creative director
• Collaborate with the strategy and project teams to ensure creative solutions are in service of brand briefs and stress test ideas, driving KPIs through creative thinking
• Contribute to purposeful deck design for pitches
• Take on a key role in pitching creative ideas to clients
• Work closely with the project team to manage allocated budgets on the production scope
• Create tight briefs for production and activation partners, overseeing output at all stages with the support of the project team
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 - 6 months internship experience in PR, marketing and creative agencies
• A drive to ideate with impact, relevance and originality
• The ability to adapt to ideation and storytelling across various connection channels and media
• Strong presentation skills
• Exceptional teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively under pressure or tight deadlines
• An attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Being up to date with what’s cool in culture
• The ability to story tells not just through visuals, but in the written word
• A strong passion for problem solving with creativity
• A proactive approach to team management and leadership
