We are looking for a person who specializes in recruiting local Nigerian web celebrities. This position will be responsible for researching and negotiating with Nigerian Netizens to find the right ones and build relationships with them to help expand the company's brand and user base in the region. We offer a stable salary with generous performance incentives.

Job Description.

Researching and Screening for Partnerships.

Responsible for sourcing and screening potential local Nigerian netizens to understand their fan base, promotion potential and fit with the company's brand.
Through social media, online platforms and offline activities, targeting brand-related celebrities.
Negotiate partnerships.

Take the initiative to contact potential celebrities to discuss cooperation and introduce the company's platform and cooperation model.
Develop appropriate cooperation programs to ensure that the promotion of the celebrities meets the company's requirements and goals.
Establish and maintain the relationship.

Provide necessary support and resources during the cooperation period to help NetroStars understand their promotion tasks and goals.
Communicate regularly with the partners to follow up on the promotion progress, solve problems that arise during the cooperation, and ensure that the program runs smoothly.
Training and Support.

Provide relevant training materials such as product manuals, promotion guidelines and platform usage guidelines for Netroots Stars.
Through online or offline training, we will help them become more effective brand promoters.
Performance Evaluation and Incentive Mechanism.

Conduct regular performance evaluations based on the promotional performance of each Netizen.
Develop incentive programs for top performers to increase their motivation and maximize the effectiveness of the partnership.
Job Requirements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively build partnerships with local Nigerian Netroots personalities.
Understanding of social media promotion and the Netflix economy with in-depth knowledge of the target market.
Ability to conduct market research to identify and evaluate suitable candidates through various channels.
Good teamwork skills, able to work closely with other members in a multinational team.
Experience in NetroStar recruitment or related work is preferred.
