Strategy and Operations Specialist

Bolt Food is looking for a Strategy and Operations Specialist to drive improvements in country operations through analysis, identifying and management of operations improvement and business development initiatives.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for onboarding new partners (restaurant & grocery), discovering and driving performance improvements across the Operations organization and beyond. It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as you would work with smart people from HQ and local markets, have a global impact, come up with scalable solutions to operational problems, and see results of your work each day. As a Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Data analysis. Provide business and data analysis to cross line of business initiatives. Automate and standardize as many processes as you can in order to decrease operations costs and efficiency.
• Improving operations. Scale and improve country operations by reviewing current and defining new workflows. Solve problems including but not limiting pricing optimization, fraud decrease, refunds optimization, timely delivery to bring savings and drive orders growth.
• Project Management. Help identify and work closely with other teams in order to resolve the most challenging issues in country operations. Manage local projects so they align with country and HQ requirements.
• Strategy and Ops Manager support. Support Strategy and Operations Manager in driving analysis and decision making for strategic decisions.
• Team and stakeholders collaboration. Foster strong collaboration within local teams, central team and external partners to ensure seamless collaborations and delivery of projects and KPIs.

About you:

• BS degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field. Previous relevant experience in Operations, Business Development, Analytical or similar.
• 3+ years of previous experience in operations, business development or project management).
• You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Be able to work optimally in a matrix environment driving cross-functional collaboration with excellent organizational and project management skills
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English
