Powermeals empowers people with effortless healthy eating, freeing their time for what matters. As Switzerland’s number one chef-cooked meal delivery service, we are poised at an exciting juncture. Having validated our business model, we are now aggressively focused on driving growth to achieve CHF 10M in annual revenue and long-term profitability.
We are seeking a Head of Growth who can marry strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring that our growth initiatives are both innovative and flawlessly executed. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Your responsibilities
- Set and execute the Powermeals marketing strategy for 2025, supported by your marketing team (2 direct reports initially)
- Use growth hacking techniques (search, social, affiliates, CRM, offline media) to deliver new sign ups at an efficient CPA
- Deeply understand our customer segments and utilise insights to inform product, marketing, and operational decisions, driving both acquisition and retention.
- Drive marketing efficiency by optimising the LTV/CAC ratio, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Champion customer feedback within the organisation, ensuring that all growth initiatives are aligned with customer needs and preferences.
- Plan and track marketing budgets & other business KPIs, share and distribute this data throughout the business
- Implement initiatives to reduce churn and improve customer retention, aligning with our strategic focus on customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that growth strategies are aligned with operational efficiencies and cost management goals.
Your profile
- Working proficiency in French and either English or German.
- Proven ability to build and leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing and operational initiatives.
- Experience with advanced data analysis and methodologies, including customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and ROI analysis.
- Hands on digital marketing experience - previous experience with Google Analytics, Google ads, Meta for business, Google search console. Some knowledge of Hubspot and Hotjar a bonus.
- Management or coaching experience with a passion for helping people achieve their best.
- A food enthusiast with an interest in startups - previous experience working in start-ups / scale-ups a plus.

- Competitive salary: 70,000 to 90,000 per annum depending on experience.
