Data Team Manager

The data team is responsible for the collection, management and distribution of all the parking data we provide globally. Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dynamic team of up to 10 members.
• Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and goal-setting.
• Motivate and support team members in achieving their best.
• Ensure project success by assigning tasks effectively and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proactively plan the team's work for the future, from quarterly to annual goals.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Champion a culture of learning, growth, and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 3+ years of team management experience (teams of at least 5 people).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align team goals with organizational objectives.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Initiative and a passion for driving positive change.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
• Experience working with various datasets and knowledge of SQL (a plus).
