About the job
CourseCareers is seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement professional to lead an intensive course on entry-level procurement within the supply chain sector. This course will cover essential topics such as procurement processes, vendor management, contract negotiation, sourcing strategies, supply chain management, and cost estimation.
The primary objective of this course is to equip individuals with little to no prior experience in supply chain with the skills and knowledge required to secure an entry-level position in procurement or supply chain management. Our aim is to expand the procurement profession and empower our students to exceed the qualifications of typical trade school graduates, enabling them to thrive even in challenging economic climates.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive pre-recorded course spanning 15-25 hours of engaging content.
Design and implement quizzes and tests to assess information retention and job readiness.
Generate supplementary exercises and practical activities to facilitate hands-on learning experiences, including real-world case studies and simulations.
Become a content creator, utilizing our platform to build and expand your personal brand.
Qualifications:
Possess a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
Demonstrate proficiency in content creation, ensuring engaging and informative course materials.
Exhibit exceptional teaching skills and instructional abilities.
Prior experience as a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Manager, or Supply Chain Coordinator.
Clear English speaking, located in the United States.
Individuals with content creation experience are preferred. Please note this is not an entry-level position itself and comes with great responsibility. CourseCareers teaches thousands of students every month, and it is a very demanding position with high expectations.
Notes:
This position is for an independent contractor. There is no wage or salary, but instead a royalty on all courses sold.
Please apply if you are qualified, but candidates not meeting the basic requirements listed above would not be considered.
We look forward to working with a skilled professional who is passionate about training the next generation of procurement specialists!
