About AirOps
AirOps is the platform teams use to build scalable AI growth engines. We enable teams to design and deploy AI workflows that leverage top AI models, innovative techniques, and data integrations to drive measurable growth. All without the need for a dedicated development team.
Teams use AirOps to:
- Build automated content engines that generate organic traffic at scale
- Personalize landing pages for paid ads and lifecycle marketing to optimize CVR and ROAS
- Develop AI workflows that enhance customer experience and sales efficiency
Our founding team has driven growth, product, and engineering at MasterClass, Bungalow, and Teespring. We’re backed by leading investors, including Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, Founder Collective, XFund, Village Global, and Alt Capital.
With team members in San Francisco, New York City, and Montevideo, Uruguay, AirOps is a proudly global organization.
What You’ll Own
We are looking for a detail-oriented, technical LLM Solution Engineer with a knack for breaking down complex problems and crafting elegant workflows that combine LLM prompts, integrations and RAG. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between sales and implementation, ensuring our customers get up and running smoothly and fully realize the power of AirOps as well as working on our own in house solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and AirOps team members to understand customer business challenges and architect logical workflows that integrate their data, knowledge and systems with AirOps' platform
- Test and iterate on LLM prompt chains on the AirOps platform, blending logic, chain of thought, retrieval and human checkpoints to reach exceptional output quality.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
- Identify and troubleshoot potential integration challenges (e.g. CMS, e-commerce platforms), providing technical support and guidance throughout the onboarding process
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and help refine our onboarding processes
- Develop customer-facing technical resources, such as detailed onboarding guides and system integration documentation
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Your Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role, with exposure to B2B SaaS platforms and integrations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into structured, logical solutions
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, or automating workflows in technical environments
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear language for customers and internal teams
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies (particularly LLMs) and their practical applications is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with project management tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
About You
- You thrive on solving complex problems and enjoy organizing ambiguous, technical challenges into structured workflows
- You are passionate about understanding customer needs and enjoy collaborating with them to build tailored solutions
- You have a deep interest in AI and emerging technologies, and are excited about experimenting with LLMs and related architectures
- You are a clear and concise communicator who enjoys working with both technical and non-technical teams
- You have a proactive, problem-solving mindset and enjoy helping customers overcome technical roadblocks
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and equity in an early-stage startup
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401k plan
- The tools and resources you need to be productive (new laptop, equipment, etc.)
- A collaborative, fast-moving, and fun team that loves working on cutting-edge technology
Please note that this role is in-person 3-4 days per week (minimum) in either our San Francisco or New York office.
