Senior Product Deisgner-UX/UI

We are looking for a visionary designer with a passion for fintech and AI products.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design strategy and execution for product
Work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Build and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and professional growth.
Translate business needs and user requirements into elegant, user-centered designs.
Collaborate in a fast-moving, iterative design process, from concept to final handoff.
Ensure all designs are optimised for a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on fintech or AI products.
Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proven track record of designing complex products from concept to completion.
A portfolio showcasing experience in fintech and AI, with examples of leading successful design initiatives.

Nice to have:

Experience working in a leadership role at an early-stage startup.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
