Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you’ll be working on cutting-edge technology that powers our compliance and fraud prevention platform. You will lead the development of new features, enhance system performance, and ensure scalability to meet our growing client base's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Lead the design and architecture of new features to meet customer requirements.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and junior developers to create intuitive, responsive, and scalable solutions.
Optimize performance and scalability of the platform for large datasets and high-traffic environments.
Implement security and data protection measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Review code, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure high coding standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience with JavaScript (React, Node.js) and Python or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of API development and microservices architecture.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Bonus: Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance technology.
