Network Security Architect

Skills Preferred:
• Strong experience with Routing & Switching, Data Center Fabric/Cisco ACI Management.
• Hands-on experience in Hybrid Cloud networking with on-prem, AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Megaport and BGP network design & implementation.
• Proven expertise in migrating from Cisco to Palo Alto firewalls.
• Solid understanding of network security practices and policies. Strong BGP Protocols and understanding designing failover architecture.
Experience Preferred:
• Minimum five years of experience in network security engineering, specifically with data center networking and cloud architecture.
• Demonstrated at least one year of experience in firewall migrations from Cisco to Palo Alto.
• One year experience working independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• One year working within multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Additional Information:
• We will require that the candidate is local within Los Angeles County as the need to come into the office will be needed during network changes, we will issue a County Laptop for the nature of the work and the candidate must return the device after their contract is completed.
• The candidate must be willing to work overtime and will need to participate in a on-call rotation.
