Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is critical to scaling our business and driving revenue. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of Collinear.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the enterprise AI space.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity and contact information.
- Provide feedback to improve messaging, outreach strategies, and sales processes.
- Work closely with the sales team to support deal progression.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, or SaaS products is a plus.
