CTO co founder @ AMS hardware startup

I'm looking for a technical engineer co-founder with experience in building stuff.

Company
We help commercial real estate operators clean up their properties - with autonomous drones.

Role
Someone with electronics experience related to drones, actuators, object manipulation (basically the task of picking up trash with a drone).

Status
PMF validation. I'm talking to potential customers as you read this. I'm conducting interviews and want to kick start the next steps of building prototypes.

Contributions

• I will bring startup/business experience (successful exit), can supply initial capital, computer vision and light dev experience (handling website, web/mobile app) and general business stuff (finance, legal, sales).
• You will bring engineering experience.

Equity
Depending on the level of seniority, risk appetite and qualifications.
I will always retain an absolute majority (read 50.1%) mainly and only ensure no decision-stale mates happen but other than that I'm pretty flexible. Learning from past mistakes.
