What You Will Do
As a Content Marketing Manager at Moveworks, you'll craft compelling content that brings the Moveworks story to life. Our AI is changing how companies support employees, empowering them to stay productive by seamlessly connecting them to the right data, workflows, actions, and insights across applications – all through the power of natural language and conversational interfaces.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in building brand awareness for Moveworks by developing high-quality content across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging demand gen assets, from blog posts to ebooks, that educate and inform our audience
- Crafting compelling content collaboratively across departments that positions Moveworks as a thought leader in the AI space
- Exploring and experimenting with new content formats to reach and resonate with our target audience
In an era where AI is a buzzword often misunderstood, your expertise will be invaluable in separating fact from fiction and providing our audience with the information they need to make informed decisions. Comprehensive Content Creation
- Spearhead the full content lifecycle; ideate, write, edit, and publish high-caliber content. Enable the steady delivery of content that not only mirrors our solutions but also engages our intended audiences effectively.
- Prioritize the development of impactful content for our blog and demand generation initiatives, like ebooks and guides, paying close attention to detail to maintain our brand’s high standards.
Demand Generation Content Development
- Forge compelling assets including blogs, guides, and ebooks designed to both enhance our brand’s presence, clarify intricate ideas, make our offerings stand out, and establish Moveworks as a thought leader within the AI sector.
- Ensure a collaborative process with the marketing department to craft content that is polished, adheres to brand standards, and is produced smoothly from conception to publication.
- Work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure the content meets the needs of our audience and supports our overarching strategic aims.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Promote interdepartmental collaboration with teams like Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, aiming to craft content that bolsters our comprehensive market entry strategies.
- Generate content that is both compelling and accurate for a technically inclined audience, ensuring it reliably portrays our product offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
- Coordinate with Design and Web Development teams to ensure content is not just content-rich but also visually appealing and digitally optimized.
Brand Voice and Messaging
- Create engaging narratives that clearly convey Moveworks' distinct advantages, ensuring uniformity in our brand voice across all our content platforms.
- Commit to brand cohesion, strictly following our established voice and messaging guidelines in every piece of produced content.
Content Strategy and Performance Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing content performance and event materials, using data to refine and enhance future content strategies.
- Help support content strategy execution and performance measurement, offering insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
- Embrace feedback constructively, seeing it as an opportunity for professional growth and a means to refine future content strategies.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years of experience in content creation and marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of developing impactful content that drives demand generation and thought leadership initiatives.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and capturing audience interest.
- A proven ability to use creative writing to distill complex topics into compelling content, across various content formats, including blog posts, infographics, presentations, and video.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of seniority.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align content strategies with business goals.
- Comfortable working with data to measure content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to identify trends and adjust content strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with high-tech startups or mid-sized SaaS companies.
- Familiarity applying SEO best practices
- Familiarity with emerging content creation trends and technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web production and Asana for project management
Compensation Range: $140,000 - $155,000
