Design & Social Media Intern

Are you a creative mind with a passion for design and social media? Aladaii, a unique t-shirt brand specializing in cool and custom designs, is looking for 4 dynamic interns to join our team!

Position: Design & Social Media Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Type: Commission-based with performance bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Create 2-3 quirky t-shirt designs daily.
• Document your design process through engaging videos.
• Upload designs to our website and Redbubble. Video/Design Example : https://www.instagram.com/reel/C7MiZ_HSkKY/
• Share your videos on Instagram and YouTube to build our brand presence.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay structure, with the potential for performance bonuses.
• Receive a custom t-shirt of your choice upon completion of your internship.
• A certificate of completion to highlight your experience.
• If we reach certain performance goals, you could be offered a full-time position with a fixed salary!

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
