Are you passionate about inside sales and ready to take ownership of your lead strategy? Homeroom is looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. We're a fast-growing company providing software to schools that helps manage auxiliary programs, including aftercare, enrichment, and summer camps. Schools love our product, and we're looking for someone who can bring that same level of excitement and care to our sales process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategically approach lead lists: You’ll be more than just a salesperson—you’ll need to think critically and build your outreach plan for engaging with schools.
  • Own the process: Take full ownership of your leads, from initial research and outreach to qualifying and nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team: We’re not just another company; we’re a group of people who are passionate about creating solutions that schools love. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
  • Use your inside sales expertise: This role requires someone with strong experience in inside sales, trained to find the best approach for each potential customer.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for sales and an ability to think strategically.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in building relationships and listening to the needs of schools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to own your tasks and build processes that work.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • A passion for education and making a difference through meaningful software.
