UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with a data-driven approach to design, ensuring our products not only look great but also provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all our digital products
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and high-quality UI/UX projects
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
