Senior Full Stack Developer (React)

We are hiring for experienced Senior full-stack developers. If you are a self-driven individual who

the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack, and a proven track record of delivering

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using the MERN stack.
• Architect scalable and maintainable backend systems, including server applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both the front-end (React) and back-end (Node) components of our applications.
• Ensuring the best practices of software engineering are adhered to and architecture of open source applications is security designed and architected.
• Design and test application to ensure cross-platform responsiveness and efficiency for mobile. Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institute.

Required Technical Skills

• Experienced in Full Stack development with a focus on React development.
• Strong understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Expertise in Node.js, React JS, Express JS, MongoDB, and other web development technologies.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex software projects from conception to
• deployment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of version control (e.g. Git) and package management (e.g. npm).
