About the Program
The German for Girls in Tech initiative aims to empower women and girls in Africa skilled in tech by equipping them with essential German skills and connecting them to job opportunities in the tech industry in Germany and the German speaking world. As a rapidly growing initiative, we are seeking a passionate Program Manager to lead and scale the program.

Role Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Program Manager who will oversee the development, execution, and expansion of the German for Girls in Tech program. This is a profit-sharing opportunity, meaning your earnings will be tied to the success and growth of the program. Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Oversee and lead the design, implementation, and scaling of the program to reach more participants.
• Partnership Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, tech companies, and potential sponsors.
• Recruitment and Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to attract women and girls to join the program.
• Mentorship and Support: Organize mentorship programs, workshops, and events to support participants in their learning and career journeys.
• Profit Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the program is profitable, managing budgets and expenses with a focus on sustainable growth.
• Reporting and Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program success metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, especially in educational or tech initiatives.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in managing profit-sharing models or revenue-based projects.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate across sectors.
• Passion for empowering women and promoting gender diversity in tech.
• A solid understanding of the tech industry, especially in Germany, is a plus.
• Experience in developing marketing or outreach strategies is highly desirable.
