Lead Front-end Developer

What You’ll Do:
Develop and design our workforce management platform, working within one of our 4 feature teams.
Shape the frontend strategy, making critical architectural decisions and ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions.
Recruit and develop a cohesive frontend team, fostering collaboration and driving effective execution.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and translate the frontend vision into actionable roadmaps.
Incorporate market trends and diverse perspectives to maintain a competitive edge and ensure user satisfaction.
About You:
Experienced in JavaScript, Vue 3, Docker, GitLab, and some Ionic.
Proven ability to build solid products and inspire technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ownership and initiative are second nature, with a knack for setting systems up from scratch.
Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to complex challenges.
