Job Title: Senior Graphics Designer

Salary Budget: INR 20,000 - INR 40,000

Job Location: Remote/On-site (we are hiring for 2 roles)

Note: this is for a experienced designer, so people who are freshers with less or no design skills will be rejected immediately.
The selected memeber will be leading a team and taking decisions on their own.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team at DSQR Studio Inc. The ideal candidate will have

a strong eye for design,
Ability to lead a designing team,
excellent communication skills, and
the ability to create visually appealing content for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities includes designing:

• Social Media Design
• Ad Creatives
• Thumbnail/cover page Design
• Brand Identity Design
• Landing Pages

Other Responsibilities:
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Provide support for other design-related tasks as needed
Lead a team of Graphics Designers

Soft Skills:
communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
Portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in social media, ad creatives, and brand identity
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory based on experience and portfolio)
