What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of all cloud development initiatives, focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.
Collaborate with leadership and contribute to strategic planning sessions to align the platform’s technical direction with business goals.
Drive innovation within the DevOps team, proactively introducing new technologies and automating processes.
Optimize scalability and performance for a platform that supports over 750,000 users, ensuring stability and security across the board.
Mentor and inspire peers within a small but elite team, working closely with your Lead DevOps Engineer and CTO.
About You:
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, PHP, Vue.js 3, and GitLab.
Proven ability to build cloud-native systems from scratch, with a focus on automation and minimizing manual processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex infrastructure challenges.
Experience aligning technical solutions with business objectives in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement, security, and scalability.
