The Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. Working directly with our CEO, customer success, and onboarding teams, you’ll gather and interpret client feedback, collaborate with engineers and designers to iterate on features, and help us build products that meet the evolving needs of dealerships.

You will:
Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Onboarding teams to capture client insights and translate them into actionable product features and improvements.
Work alongside engineers, designers, and other key stakeholders to drive the development of innovative solutions.
Take ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality and performance.
Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy.
Lead the iteration process, ensuring rapid adjustments based on user feedback and changing market demands.
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems quickly and creatively, thriving in a startup environment where agility and speed are key.
Who You Are

We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker who has a deep understanding of building products in the startup space. You should be passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on the challenge of bringing innovative ideas to life.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a tech startup or SaaS company.
Strong background in working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams.
Experience working directly with customer success, onboarding, or support teams to capture and act on client feedback.
Demonstrated ability to lead and iterate quickly on products based on user insights and market needs.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with senior leadership, including the CEO.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
Must be based in Canada (preference for candidates in Montreal).
