Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager *with basic designing skills (basic experience in animation is a plus)* to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, and driving our brand presence online. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility of working from home with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Design eye catching graphics and animations for social media posts, stories, and ads.
• Manage daytoday content posting and scheduling across various platforms (Discord, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, X, Medium, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns and goals.
• Engage with the audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Experience in crypto field is a must.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma or Canva.
• Experience with animation software (e.g., After Effects, etc.) and ability to create basic to intermediate animations.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their features.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
