We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and help us streamline and enhance our app as we continue this integration.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with expertise in Dart and a deep understanding of GitHub, AWS, and the iOS/Android app store management. This role offers the opportunity to dive headfirst into our current app project, making meaningful contributions and suggestions to improve efficiency. We are looking for someone who is excited about the long-term vision and is eager to grow alongside us as we continue to vertically integrate our processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Manage and maintain GitHub repositories for version control, collaboration, and code review.

• Handle deployment and scaling via AWS services.

• Oversee the entire app publishing process on the iOS and Android app stores, including updates and feature releases.

• Collaborate with our team to propose and implement improvements that will drive efficiency and innovation.

• Troubleshoot and debug app issues across platforms.

• Stay current with the latest trends in mobile app development and technology best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a portfolio of mobile applications.

• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworks.

• Experience with GitHub repository management, code reviews, and collaboration tools.

• Experience with AWS, including hosting, deployment, and scaling.

• Familiarity with app store publishing for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and drive efficiency.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on long-term collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with backend integration and APIs.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.

• Understanding of mobile app optimization and user experience design.
