Head of Product and Engineering

Job Summary:

This role will lead a team of rock star developers to strategically drive the layout and build of scalable product architecture that meets the needs of our customers while ensuring top notch quality, great aesthetics, compliance and data security.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related course.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Software Development, Engineering and Product Management, including at least 5 years as a manager.

Strong experience designing software solutions for small and large-scale businesses.

Good understanding of best practices to ensure software is viable, scalable and secure.

An inspirational leader who is able to motivate and work with the team to build solutions.

Able to connect and work with stakeholders and developers to achieve results.

Hands on experience building solutions for HR, finance, tax (Saas).

Articulate and great communicator.

Strong leadership skills.

Good business acumen.
