Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 3-4 years of experience, specializing in frontend development (80%) with some backend work (20%). The ideal candidate should have expertise in frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, and backend experience with Python, Node.js, or Java. Experience in leading development teams and managing medium to high complexity projects is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend applications using React and Next.js.
2. Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
3. Collaborate with the backend team to ensure seamless integration of services with frontend applications.
4. Architect and implement scalable and performant frontend solutions.
5. Conduct and oversee code reviews, providing expert guidance and constructive feedback.
6. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the frontend, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7. Work closely with the product and leadership teams to define technical strategies and translate requirements into robust solutions.

Qualifications:

1. 3-4 years of experience in frontend development using React and Next.js.
2. Proven expertise in backend development using Python, Node.js, or Java.
3. Extensive experience in leading and managing development teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
4. Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
5. Proficient in Git.
6. Ability to work independently, make critical decisions, and lead a team effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
3. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
4. Experience in implementing security best practices in software development.
