Senior Back-end Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with a strong focus on Azure Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure Function Apps (Node.js or C#), Service Bus Queues, and Azure Storage (Blobs/Tables). A passion for designing and developing robust backend systems and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities
Azure:
• Design and implement serverless applications using Azure Function Apps with expertise in Node.js or C#.
• Create and manage service bus queues to enable communication between distributed applications
• Work with Azure Storage services, including Blobs and Tables, for efficient data storage and management
• Configure and manage API policies using Azure API Management (APIM) to ensure secure and performant APIs (nice to have)
• Implement and manage authentication solutions using Auth0 to secure applications and services.
Develop and implement robust back-end architecture using .NET
Apply Python skills to upcoming projects involving data analysis, automation, or other relevant tasks.

Requirement
• 6+ years of experience as a Back-end Engineer
• .NET Framework expertise and Azure Cloud proficiency are fundamental
• Advanced English proficiency (as the team is US-based)
• Experience with early-stage companies and startup environments is a plus
• Ability (and enjoy it ) to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of and commitment to implementing best practices in coding, design, development, and documentation.
