Job Summary:
As a Technical Lead Developer at ZoCom, you will be responsible for guiding software development, ensuring high standards of code quality, and leading a development team. Collaborating closely with the CTO and product owner, you will drive technical innovation and oversee the successful delivery of projects.

Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in software development with expertise in JavaScript, Java, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps practices.
Strong full stack development skills, particularly in React, TypeScript, and serverless APIs.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and version control (Git).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Personal Qualities:
Technical Leadership: Lead design, development, and implementation of software. Mentor developers and ensure adherence to quality and security standards. Stay updated with new technologies.
Project Management: Define project requirements with stakeholders, manage timelines, and address risks.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for software and development processes
