Senior Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role supporting both the Director of Strategy & Value Creation of IDC and the President of IESP, offering unique exposure to two critical ICG organizations. With IDC, the Sr. BA will assist with managing existing companies and contribute to the long-term portfolio strategy. With IESP, the Sr. BA will build and maintain complex financial models and lead interactions and administer agreements with significant commercial customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be/have:

Completed a degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field of study.
2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.
Understanding of Inuvialuit history and culture and an interest in Northern economic development.

Preference may be given to candidates with the following:

Expertise in leading market analysis to identify prime investment opportunities.
Proven ability to drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and regional interests.
Experience in overseeing the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.
Strong capability in managing key M&A activities, including deal sourcing and integration.
