Power BI Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Data Analyst to join our team at ISITCA Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights using Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Extract, clean, and prepare data from various sources for analysis.
Perform data analysis and visualization to support business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports and dashboards.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI reporting.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and dashboards.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Power BI Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with other data visualization tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in data analysis.
