We’re seeking a seasoned leader with deep expertise in CRM, analytics, experimentation, and deliverability to join us as Head of Lifecycle Strategy.

About the role
The Head of Lifecycle Strategy will support the Director of Lifecycle and manage a team by co-creating a long-term vision for cross-vertical lifecycles, backed by strong analytical insight.
Skilled in managing and coaching diverse senior team members, they will collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, drive high-ROI initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and remove blockers to empower teams to execute the strategy.
Main Tasks & Responsbilites:
- Create and oversee lifecycle communication technical and cross-vertical strategy
- Oversee quarterly Roadmaps, challenge to deliver high ROI. Ensure focus is on highest lifecycle impact and business-critical items
- Maintain a strong analytical overview of vertical communication performance in terms of engagement and deliverability, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and course-correcting as needed
- Build and mentor a highly efficient team focused on growth. Foster a healthy environment for professional development
- Grant good visibility and understanding to vertical stakeholders about lifecycle communications performance and deliverability
- Drive analytically robust experiments and promote seamless collaboration across the team and with key stakeholders
About you:
- You have proven experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably with app-based platforms or from well-known consumer brands, along with a strong track record in creating and executing effective lifecycle strategies
- You have experience in leading a medium to a big team of up to 20 people
- You have experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and possess exceptional communication skills in English
- You have a data-driven and customer-centric approach to analysing campaign results and team efficiency
- You have a sound knowledge of customer engagement campaigns, experimentation, and mass communication tools
- You have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the technical landscape related to automation, along with excellent project management abilities
