Sales General Manager/Sales Director

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure company targets are met or exceeded
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate and negotiate with manufacturers (mostly are overseas) to enhance updated sales strategies as well as seamless after-sales service for local customers

Experience

Required:

• Proven experience in sales and operation management or a similar role
• Excellent leadership and neogotiation skills
• Strong business development and provlem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business related field
• Familiarity with CRM system and sales analytics tools
• Working experience in artificial intelligence or innovative technology
• French Speaking or any other secondary language skills except English
