Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator with 4-5 years of experience to manage laptops, networks, and security. This role ensures smooth IT operations, network performance, and robust security for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company laptops (setup, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Implement and enforce security measures (VPNs, firewalls, antivirus).
- Perform system updates, backups, and hardware/software upgrades.
- Provide technical support for laptop and network issues.
- Manage user access and permissions.
- Conduct IT security audits and address vulnerabilities.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets.
*Education & Skills: *
- 4-5 years of experience in IT administration, focusing on laptops, networks, and security.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security tools (firewalls, antivirus).
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Experience with Active Directory and VPNs.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
