Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Amec Technology Pvt Ltd. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for our automobile and OEM technology solutions. You'll use your market knowledge and communication skills to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships to expand our presence in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Consultation:

  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their technical requirements and challenges.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and consultations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to offer customized solutions that add real value.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive and OEM sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and relationship management.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in automobile and OEM technology.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients, showcasing features and benefits.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio.

Technical Support:

  • Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries, troubleshooting issues with the technical and customer support teams.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical problems, enhancing client trust.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct thorough market research to track industry trends, competitor strategies, and client demands.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and areas of growth potential.
  • Offer feedback to the management team on product enhancements and market positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the automotive or OEM industry.
  • Strong understanding of automobile technologies and OEM modules.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
