At Mold Zero, we specialize in mold remediation services, helping homeowners and businesses keep their properties safe and mold-free. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and personable Salesperson to join our team. While experience in mold remediation is a plus, we are primarily looking for a skilled salesperson — we can train you on the rest!
Job Overview:
As a Mold Remediation Estimator & Salesperson, your main role will be to connect with clients, provide estimates, and close sales. We’ll provide you with the training and support to assess properties, estimate remediation costs, and guide clients through the remediation process. If you’ve got strong sales skills, we’ll equip you with everything else you need to succeed. Compensation will be a combination of an hourly base plus commission based on your sales performance, giving you great earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess mold presence, damage, and the source of moisture (training provided).
Provide accurate and detailed estimates for mold remediation services.
Present and explain estimates and remediation plans to potential clients.
Build rapport and trust with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they have.
Close sales by clearly communicating the benefits of our services.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Follow up with clients post-remediation to ensure satisfaction and quality service.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Ability to conduct on-site assessments and write detailed estimates (training provided).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred.
Comfortable working in homes and commercial buildings.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
