We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with our services.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed and persuasive business proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions, tailored to the specific needs of clients.
Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
Communication: Manage communication with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals. Ensure that terms and conditions are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
Travel: Travel within India and overseas as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Performance Expectations:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Expand the client base by securing new contracts and clients.
Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
